Though Eugene still paints and shows on the road, he is now based in a seaside cottage gallery on Rockport’s Bearskin Neck. Sailboats in the harbor out the front door and the great blue Atlantic out the back, ‘the neck’ is long on views, faded shingles and friendly smiles.
